Refreshing lime and lemon blossom notes, bright acidity and a fresh length with musk notes
Hand harvested grapes were destemmed and allowed some time for skin contact prior to pressing. Pressed to stainless steel tanks the clarified juice was inoculated with a cultured aromatic yeast. The ferment was long and cool. The wine was then stabilised, fined and filtered prior to bottling.
