Sourced from a selection of old vineyards in the Riverland and McLaren Vale—some of which are dry-grown bush vines—this wine is crafted with care and precision. Each vineyard is vinified separately in small batches to preserve site expression. Wild fermentation, whole bunch inclusion, maturation in larger oak, and a hands-off approach—no filtration or fining—contribute to the wine’s vibrant, textured, and energetic character.
